Workforce Recruitment and Selection Procedure in Indian Printing Industry

The main objective of this research is to outline the importance of the planned rational activities involved in the recruitment and selection procedure of printing industry in India. As it has been observed since several times that many organizations offer jobs pursuit options to the highly educated graduates of the colleges through recruitment process (Barber, 1998). Prior studies have showed and analyzed that how the highly educated and efficient graduates job pursuit and choices are influenced by the recruitment practices of an organization (Jaidi and Yasmina, 2011).
