Disease caused by contaminated water affects millions of people annually. Therefore, clean water, free of toxic chemicals and pathogenic factors are essential for human health. The purpose of this study, the use of silver nanoparticles for the removal of E.coli bacteria as an indicator of pollution of water resources of drinking water in the system is Batch. This research is an experimental study to evaluate changes in pH, contact time, temperature, concentration of E.coli bacteria have been removed much of global nanoparticles. After removal of E.coli studies using silver nanoparticles with the effect of pH, temperature, contact time and the concentration is 100 percent. The effect of concentration on the removal of Ecoli of water, 500 ppm (0.5ml) silver nanoparticles to an optimal retention time of 1 day, the optimum temperature of 37°C and pH 8.5 considered optimal, the complete removal of water contaminated with E.coli bacteria was observed.
