National Digital Library: A Platform of Authentic Source of Information and Study Materials from Primary to Post Graduate Level

Profoundly, the academics are in transition phase from print to digital and electronic. The adaptability of digital contents is also being increased amongst the user communities. However, due to budget constraints, maximum academic institutions aren't able to subscribe all study materials for their users in the digital world. To overcome from this problem and to accelerate the maximum participation of the users, the concept of National Digital Library has been created by the Government of India which contains the materials for primary level to post-graduate level students. However, every school, college, institution, and university has to register on the NDL platform so that the available resources may be used maximum. The present paper will try to elicit the basic information of NDL the project so that the students (from elementary to post graduate) may get familiar with this project and get themselves registered for the purpose.
