The Journal of IMS Group is a bi-annual refereed Journal published by Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad, a globally acclaimed institution of higher excellence for past 25 years, was established in 1990 with a vision to provide quality management education. The Journal of IMS Group is a testimony to our commitment to provide an excellent knowledge sharing platform, dedicated to develop, promote and coordinate theory, research, and practice in the areas of management and information technology, in both Indian as well as the global context.
Since its maiden issue in 2004, the aim of Journal of IMS Group is to publish empirical and conceptually sound articles and papers, which have the potential to enrich the existing management education, theory and practice. The empirical papers and book reviews are published that deal with research on contemporary issues covering the fields of General Management, Corporate Strategy, Policy and Governance, Finance, Marketing; OB & HR, Manufacturing, Information Technology and other related areas of Economics and Social Sciences including macro as well as micro perspectives. The Journal brings together the experience and expertise of academicians, researchers and corporate professionals, with an intended objective of knowledge transmission and corporate upliftment in the long run.
