In order to obtain the fundamental information on the modification of polymers due to irradiation, X-ray diffraction, FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), UV-visible spectral analysis has been employed to CR-39(Columbia Resin) polymer irradiated by IR (infrared) radiations. The effects of infrared radiations on the physical, optical and chemical properties have been reported in the present work. The results have been discussed on the basis of scission and cross linking induced in the polymer during infrared exposure and a brief mechanism has been suggested, where ever possible. The changes in intensity of FTIR absorption bands related to particular groups and bonds have been discussed. The shift in the absorption edge towards longer wavelength in UV-VIS spectra of the irradiated polymers has been observed. The crystallite size of the pristine and IR irradiated CR-39 samples has been calculated from XRD.- Role of Parents and Teachers in Academic Motivation among Student

Many psychologists believe that motivation plays an important role in learning. If that is the case, in institutes of higher education where students are expected to be self-directed in their learning, motivation becomes an essential element. Though aspects of motivation and learning have been studied quite extensively in the West, to date there is a dearth of research in this area in India. Also they have to make decisions in such a way which will help them to accomplish their learning tasks. So the level of motivation may play an important role in the way they attend to these learning tasks. Also this study is important as it addresses educators, teachers and parents about improving students' achievement through fostering their patterns of beliefs and behaviors which subsequently improve their well being. The current paper reviews role of parents and teachers in academic motivation among students. Keywords

Study conducted to know epidemiology and accomplish molecular characterization of Campylobacter isolated from meat of different species and human stool samples. A total of 759 samples, consisting of human stool (50) and meat of poultry (251), chevon (183), pork (127), fish (106) as well as carabeef (42) were processed, 50 samples showed characteristic colonies on mCCDA plates. All the 50 isolates were subjected to various biochemical tests and Latex agglutination test for confirmation of the genus Campylobacter. All the isolates were further analysed for molecular confirmation and PCR based genus specific amplification of 16S rRNA gene which yielded product of 816 bp in all the isolates. Multiplex PCR was performed for genus as well as species-level identification; all 50 isolates revealed 857 bp amplicon of 16S rRNA gene specific for genus Campylobacter. Thirty-five isolates exhibited 589 mapA gene amplicon specific for C. jejuni and 16 isolates gave 462 amplification product of ceuE gene specific for C. coli. Overall prevalence was 6.58%. The highest prevalence rate of 13.54% was recorded in poultry meat, followed by 7.6% in chevon, 0.78% in pork and 2% from human stool samples. None of the isolates were recovered from beef and fish meat samples. Most of the obtained isolates were classified as C. jejuni (35 strains, 70%), whereas C. coli was identified in 15 (30%) samples, indicating that the C. jejuni was the most commonly found species.

Adhesives play a fundamental role in many modern technologies, and adhesive failure can have catastrophic consequences. In packing industry, adhesive is used as an ancillary material. Different types of adhesives are designed for a large variety of applications. Some have very weak strength for holding papers in place, others are so strong that they can used for bonding cars and airplanes. There is no one adhesive that is suitable to all applications. It is, therefore, valuable to understand the factors important for the production of a good durable adhesive bond. Keywords

Diversification is the new mantra banks must chant; must be new flag-ship of the banking industry. Indeed, diversification is the law of life today, the law that will take counties beyond the danger zones of clinging to one type of business year in and year out. Certainly, the old ways of doing cannot, and should not be abandoned in one stroke; this will be like throwing the baby with the bath water But new ways have to be discovered and new practices have to be implemented. The purpose of the study is to identify need for diversification in Indian banking sector and its implication. Findings of the study suggest that diversification has to be a strategy, well planned and well executed. An overdose of diversification will create a problem for any sector. Keywords

Success of a company is dependent upon its profits, which, in turn, depend upon the velocity of its capital evidenced by reinvestment rate. A faster velocity of capital is largely dependent upon higher rate and the costs of receivables dependent upon credit sales, as it is in the case of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This study explores the costs composition of 455 micro, small and medium-sized companies in Haryana using their primary data by survey method. This paper explores the composition of costs associated with maintaining receivables. The study examined that which cost of maintaining receivables is most considerable with the specific range by the MSMEs entrepreneur. Keywords

‘Demonetisation’ has been a gigantic economic experiment in the history of India. It has been largely accepted by observers that the pronounced objectives of demonetization were noble ones that included elimination of black money, curbing of counterfeiting, controlling terrorism and moving the nation to a cashless age. With the demonetisation of legal tender of Rs. 1,000 and Rs. 500 on 8th November,2016, the counterfeit notes or currencies have gone out of circulation immediately, leading to a decline in terror-funding as well as terrorist activities. Demonetisation not only led to an immediate elimination of black money but also paralysed the Hawala rackets operating within the economy. Despite this, however, the fact remains that demonetization was followed by an immediate decline in the growth rate within the economy although the long term economic effects of this move are yet to be seen or examined. It must be further noted that the demonetisation move has been beset with several problems arising particularly due to poor management and implementation. Keywords

So as to update the pigeon feathered creature grouping, perceive flying creatures and assent their conduct is an absolute necessity prerequisite. This examination paper is showing a strategy towards improvement of pigeon fledgling acknowledgment approaches. Flying creature’s dataset is made through 2D pictures by creating highlight vector of feathered creatures utilizing different picture preparing procedures so as to separate the winged animal bends from nature. According to the examinations head is a most particular piece of fowls, various highlights are separated utilizing format coordinating and make it ready to perform characterization of pigeon winged animal between various sorts of feathered creatures. Flying creatures basically have three sorts of practices: rummaging conduct, carefulness conduct and flight conduct. Flying creatures may search for nourishment and get away from the predators by the social cooperation’s to get a high possibility of survival. By demonstrating these social practices, social collaborations and the related fowl’s knowledge, four hunt methodologies related with five disentangled principles are detailed in a calculation. Recreations and examinations dependent on eighteen benchmark issues exhibit the adequacy, predominance and steadiness of algorithm. A few propositions for future research are additionally talked about.
