Objective: The paper makes a humble attempt to draw a relation between personality type and academic success of students. The study proves that personality type is correlated with academic success thus emphasizing that students with a certain personality type (Conscientiousness) are geared towards academic success as compared to any other personality type. The personality types were studied on the BIG FIVE model and accordingly five hypotheses were established for the purpose.
Methodology: A survey questionnaire was used to gather data on personality type under the BIG FIVE model, academic performances (Average of percentages scored in important years-10th, 12th, Graduation & PGPM, Post Graduate Program In Management Semester 1) and demographic details. The total completed responses were 162 out of 260 sent and 198 received.
Findings: Conscientiousness is statistically and positively correlated to academic success.
Conclusion: Conscientiousness is a good predictor of academic success or performance. This is one personality trait that speaks volumes about people's integrity and it is heartening to statistically prove that such students will be good academic performers too.
Internal correlation between the Big 5 factors depicts that Conscientiousness has a significant positive correlation with agreeableness and significant negative correlation with neuroticism, indirectly indicating that an agreeable personality can be a good academic achiever too & lack of emotional stability will be a hindrance to performance thus the increasing value of EQ (Emotional Quotient). Age seems to play no role.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) encompasses a variety of emotional and physical symptoms which occur from several days to several weeks before the onset of menstruation and subside with the menstrual flow. Approximately ten percent of women report moderate to severe premenstrual symptoms that affect their work efficiency. The issue of maternal health is the most neglected tragedy of Bhil women of Jhabua District, coupled with ignorance, illiteracy, striking poverty and superstition. The National Institute of Nutrition (1983) reported various risk factors associated with low-birth-weight, height, morbidity and mortality which were assessed among non-pregnant-non-lactating and pregnant and lactating women from a slum. Poor anthropometric indices, adverse factors of previous pregnancy, abortion, perinatal death and short inter-pregnancy interval have been identified as risk factors.- Determining Factors for Intent to Leave:Literature Review

Globalization has given opportunity for many Organizations to create a space for themselves in the International Market. It is vital for Indian multinational corporations to remain competitive in this area. This study is an effort to determine the relationship between repatriation adjustment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and their Intention to leave. It further helps to understand the repatriation process which will reduce Indian Repatriates intentions to leave their organization. It is an expensive affair for the Organization on account of Repatriation failure. Understanding the role of repatriation adjustment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in the repatriation process would give organizations an edge to use these factors for successful adjustment and retention of repatriates. The study further proposes a model to identify the relationship between them.Keywords
