Issues in Scrum Agile Development Principles and Practices in software development

 Software engineering industries are the backbone for every other industry. The aim of this paper is to present the major issues faced in Scrum method of agile model. A detailed analysis is made to learn and identify the issues in Scrum. Thought there are lots of issues in scrum process there are two major categories, technical and generic issues. Both the types of issues are presented in this paper. The issues addressed are assigning Product Backlog Item, prioritization of the product backlog item, integration of PBI, distributed environment, regression testing, idle team members, “Developer-Tester” problem, the definition of done and other Scrum issues. Software engineering industries are the backbone for every other industry.
