Knowledge Management - An Empirical Study with Special Reference to Business Schools of Pune Region

Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to investigate knowledge management initiatives and study the factors those have an impact on knowledge management initiatives in business school. Design/Methodology/Approach: To explore business school opinions about knowledge management total of 38 declarative statements were presented to teaching and non-teaching staff members.
