Extending End-user Computing Satisfaction on Academic Information Systems

Objectives: This article examines the academic information system that has been running towards user behavior, in order to improve academic service of a university in providing academic information. Methods/Statistical: The research method used exploratory survey to study the use of academic information system in 156 students with purposive sampling as the data collection technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). Findings: The results show the influence of the academic information system on the user behavior is 0.59 or 59%. This shows that academic information system has been running well, influenced by the quality of academic information systems and convenience, benefits. Applications/Improvements: In addition, optimization in delivery can improve academic information systems in the university.
