The Indian Society of Education and Environment, based in Chennai, aspires to bridge the knowledge gap between regions and strengthen the academic ties among researchers and learners. The society also joins hands with various organizers of conferences to provide a common platform for experts, researchers, educational managers, policy makers and industrialists.

Informatics was promoted three decades ago with a vision to pioneer the business of e-information, with scholarly and research content being the prime focus. Headquartered in Bangalore, Informatics has come a long way in promoting e-information usage culture in the academic and corporate world.

The society partnered with Informatics in 2013 for publishing the scientific journals like the Indian Journal of Science and Technology among many others.

Informatics, in collaboration with the Indian Society of Education and Environment, strives to promote open access publishing of research in the field of science and technology. ISEE and Informatics encourages the contributors of the journal to use the electronic manuscript submission system for submitting their manuscripts as well as monitor the status of the submission.
