Sources and Coping of Frustration in Volleyball Game

The present paper attempts to identify sources of frustration in players especially volley ball players, and to examine various coping strategies for effective performance during the play. The previous researches by sport psychologists in the area of frustration, and depression in sport persons, indicate that frustration experienced during the game causes psychological response which in turn causes a physiological response, which affects performance of the player. Therefore, the it is necessary to identify the sources of frustration and how to cope with it.
