Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of NGO Effectiveness in China Context

NGO managers, board members, funders, and regulatory bodies are very interested in how to become a more effective NGO. NGO by multiple levels, together constitute the overall, of how systematic understanding of organizational effectiveness, constitute what is, and how best to measure it became the focus of the study of the NGO. This article by constructing a multidimensional integrated model system to analyze the composition of the effectiveness of the NGO, NGO effectiveness index system, because of many factors affecting the NGO effectiveness are qualitative indicators, a small amount of quantitative indicators. There is no clear epitaxial boundary fuzziness, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the inherent vagueness, it is difficult to directly use an accurate digital representation and non-quantitative characteristics of the elements, to use multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation measure of organizational effectiveness. According to the results of quantitative analysis to assess the level of development of organizational effectiveness, and the corresponding improve, and comments and suggestions for improvement.
