Selection of a plant site for setting of production unit is a major concern for entrepreneurs across the world, as these production units requires various inputs to convert in to tangible outputs. So this site selection depends upon various factors listed in literature or otherwise. But the weight-age of these factors varies and solely depend upon the decision makers with respect to choices. So site selection is an multi-criteria decision making process. In this paper an attempt has been made using AHP and Grey relational analysis (GRA) to solve an case of Steel plant site selection problem in India.
