The paper illustrates the concept of liquidity management with reference to The Surat Textile's Traders Co-Operative Bank Ltd., Surat, using seven parameters viz: current ratio, liquidity ratio, cash position ratio, short-term investment to current assets ratio, shortterm advances to current assets ratio and short-term investment&short-term advances to short-term deposits ratio.
