The UV spectrophotometer characterization of synthesized nanoparticles at different proportions such as 1:1, 2:2, 3:3, 4:4 and 5:5 of extract and solution mediated synthesized nanoparticles showed a maximum absorbance at the range of 450 to 550nm. FT- IR analysis of silver, copper and iron nanoparticles showed the presence of alcohol/ phenol group (-OH), alkyl stretch (C-H), aromatic (C=C) bending, and amine (C- N) functional groups present was confirmed.
