Background/Objectives: Recently, as the preference about the nature-friendly product increases the concern about the natural deodorant manufactured with the natural material is raised than the chemistry deodorizing agent manufactured with the chemical substance. Methods/Statistical analysis: The offensive odor reduction was tested by the offensive odor reduction device. The bad smell is decreased due to the concentration of 4ppm and the effect of the odor reduction can know that the effect has the effect of 97.2%. This is tested to using the material generating the bad smell having the concentration of 300% at a temperature of 20℃. Then for preventing that the odor reduction performance is lowered whereas the odor reduction of the dry condition without water and contact the material generating the bad smell is decreased due to the concentration of 98.5%. Findings: The odor reduction of the state wet with water and contact can confirm with 144.2% that the odor reduction performance is lowered in comparison with the odor reduction of the dry condition in the state getting wet. Improvements/Applications: This method is adjustable in the landfill area. We can apply this dedorization method in the sludge pilot plant.
