Iwasawa λ-Invariants and Congruence of Galois Representations

We generalize results of Greenberg-Vatsal [6] and Emerton-Pollack-Weston [3], [12], [10] on the structure of Selmer groups of Galois representations. We allow the case when the dual of Selmer group has a nontrivial finite Λ-submodule.

Abstract
