Mutually Dual Presentations of the Surface Group and Symplectic Structure on the Parabolic Moduli Space

We prove in this paper how the symplectic pairing on the parabolic moduli space of representations of the fundamental group of punctured surfaces intertwines two mutually dual presentations of the fundamental group.
