The book “Business Transformation Strategies: The Strategic Leader as Innovation Manager” is positioned as a motivational source to everyone who belong to business and commercial field. Author has used the tale ‘The strategic Leader as Innovation Manager’ very simply to elaborate various challenges and possible solutions. Author has tried to make us think about a situation where the executives of a company are considered as strategic leaders and are responsible to enhance productivity/efficiency of the organization yet are not sure of where to start and how to progress. Well, past experiences of executives may be an option that can act as initial set of information for such decisions. But these executives are getting some spread information and contradictory arguments. Author has brought the concept of strategy to strategic leader under one umbrella that provides the information about which way these executives should go what can bring them more relevant and appropriate decision being strategic leader. To a very large extent author has answered these questions in this book and draws attention to different roles of Chief Executives as strategic leader by providing insights for appropriate compatibility decisions.
