Human Resource Information Systems–Basics, Applications, and Future Directions

In the era of globalization, technology plays a pivotal role in different operations of business. In the early of 1990s there was transformation in the role of HRM functions which was dominated by the use of information technology. At this juncture the authors of this book felt of sharing their knowledge and expertise in the field of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) which was much needed to cater the reader to enhance their knowledge and awareness regarding this field.
