The findings of the study indicate that intrapreneurs have rated managerial behavior competencies as significantly more important and frequently used than entrepreneurs. On the other hand, entrepreneurs have rated venturing behavior competencies as significantly more important and frequently used than intrapreneurs. Intrapreneurs found learning orientation competencies significantly more important, but however have used them less frequently.
