The study went further to run regression analysis on the independent variable (Transformational leadership) on the dependent variable (Change Management) in order to determine the statistical significance in the relationship between the two variables. The result of the regression analysis showed that r=0.581 and =0.338. The Null hypothesis was rejected since all the P-values were less than 0.05.
