A number of countries in the world have been recording growth in their economy. Nevertheless, the speed of economic growth is not equally reflected in life of individuals in the communities. High rate of unemployment among women and youth is among critical issues to be reconsidered in order to achieve inclusive sustainable development. Statistics show that women and youth as groups represent the majority of the population of the world.
