Domestic and eco-tourism has been found to be one of the highest foreign income earners for Nations, Regional and District Assemblies in Ghana. In view of that, the Government of Ghana encouraged the identification and development of potential income generator across the country under its One-District-One factory Policy, to increase revenue for accelerated development at all levels. The Bunkpurugu - Nakpanduri District has been in focus in this project to uncover the rich untapped tourist resources whose absence has impoverished the District since its inception. The potential natural tourism sites that have been outlined and their respective locations are all saddled by poor and inaccessible road network which rather needs urgent attention to open up the area. There will then be the need to give the places their respective face lifts with widened publicity to kick start business. The study which was extensively a field survey was qualitative and limited to the area mentioned earlier. It is recommended that the district assembly takes advantage of this research findings as a blue print to design policies for development.
