Leadership is the ability of our individual to influence others to achieve some predetermined goal, This paper attempts to examine the ethical context of two types of Leadership theories viz: Transformational Leadership and Authentic Leadership. It also tries to understood the essence of authentic leadership and how it will eventually contribute to organisational vigor.
