Effect of Six Sigma on Industrial Application and Management

Nowadays, all the industries move forwards to sale their products in the market profitably The present competitive market is focusing industrial efforts on producing high-quality products with the lowest possible cost. Some of the products are poor in quality and some of them are good. It is must the products that are manufactured by the industries have to satisfy the customer requirements. This can be easily achieved when quality of the product has been improved. The quality of the product can be improved by proper manufacturing , material handling etc. Six sigma is the tool which is used to improve the quality of the product and to reduce the damage up to 3.44% in one million of the production. The term six sigma defined as “ six sigma is a tool to sharpens the quality and cuts the damage drastically” on application of the six sigma the industries can easily achieve good quality and profit with reduced damage also satisfy the customer needs.
