A case study was conducted by preparing customized questionnaires in order to examine the students’ IQ level and R&R skills. The IQ level which is quantified in terms of logical, mathematical, verbal and spatial intelligences. The relationships between IQ and R & R skills are also explored. It reveals that spatial and verbal intelligence students have better R & R skill when compared to other intelligence students. Based on the results of the case study, a set of E-learning System Design factors have been proposed for web user interface design in E-learning Environment.
