Automation of NBA Activities for Higher Education Institutes

Managing the documents as evidence is becoming a very essential component in education in this modern day. As per NBA (National Board of Accreditation) the institution has to maintain at least 3 years of data of all the activities as an evidence to prove the quality of education to get accreditation.

The institutes which have to follow the process of NBA need to get adopted to the procedures of NBA. Though many institutes have taken up the NBA process but are unable to pursue due to the large amount of documentation and formatting. The teaching faculties are only responsible to maintain documentation of their activities. Thus there is failure in getting accreditation and hence lack in standards.

In order to have the accreditation we need to follow some of the criteria or standards which have been proposed by NBA. The criteria  involves many of manual processes which is more time and space consuming in order to reduce this problems we have planned for automation via web page development process which involves  proposed criteria by NBA and  the calculations which are manual are excluded , the reports are taken time to time if there is an user demand, Omitted. The effective utilization of the work, by proper sharing it and by providing the accurate results .Thus the system developed will be helpful to the staff members and other members by easing his/her task.
