It is indeed a matter of great pleasure and pride for all of us that this is the fourth such occasion when we are organizing the International Institute of Welding's International Congress-IC-2014 to be held from 9-11 th April, 2014 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi being hosted by our Delhi Branch.
