This January 1986 issue of the Indian Welding Journal announces its 18th Anniversary. We wish you, dear readers, a very happy participative and prosperous year.

Any change is a challenge. From the beginning of the last year, you have perhaps noticed that the IWJ has changed progressively. From the two column text presentation, it changed to a three column presentation to improve the space utilisation and reduce the cost of production.
