At the outset I must thank all the members of IIW for their wholehearted participation in the last International Welding Congress, IIW-lC-2005 held at Nehru Centre, Mumbai between 16th - 19th February 2005 which helped us to make it a grand success. Proud as we are, our heartiest thanks go to Mumbai Branch who indeed came out with flying colours in this herculean task.
