Kuppili Trinath:A Profile

Dr. Kuppili Trinath obtained Ph.D (Physics) degree in the field of Acoustic Sensors for Underwater Applicationsfrom Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. He joined DRDO at Naval Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory (NPOL), Kochi and worked in Naval Science and Technological Laboratory (NSTL), Visakhapatnam since 1981. He was Associate Director (Scientist G) and Head of the Sensors and Acoustic Division. He was responsible for the Design and Development of Acoustic Sensors for Underwater vehicles and was in-charge of the Underwater Acoustic Transducer Testing Facility as well.
