The purpose of this paper is to understand the importance of Internationalization of SMEs and the specific barriers which affects the Internationalization process in the light of Uppsala model of Internationalization. The paper will find ways for the positive and negative aspects of each theoretical approach to Internationalization process for the Indian SMEs. And also the study would try to reveal the advantages enjoyed by the Indian SMEs by slowly adopting themselves to the International markets through Experiential knowledge.
This study provides some implications and contributions to the International business literature by analyzing the impact of firms’ experiential knowledge and subsequent investment decisions on the profitability of the firm. According to the findings both the international and local experiential knowledge of firms are positively associated with profitability. This implies that when firms are investing in foreign markets, their experiential knowledge accumulated by managing international operations and the its network. Second, this study suggests that investing firms may need additional knowledge and experience to operate successfully in culturally dissimilar countries. The large geographical and cultural distance between countries. In this sense, the accumulation of firms' local experiential knowledge provides a context for interpreting the business market, increasing knowledge of clients, suppliers, competitors, government, institutional framework, rules, norms and values. This allows the firm to perceive business opportunities, increasing know-how of managing operations in the host country, reducing uncertainty and, consequently, enhancing subsidiary profitability. This implies that firms can learn from outside the local market and transform their experience into a competitive advantage.

The present work deals with pharmacognostic study on Solanum nigrum L. black and orange fruits. The two variants of Solanum nigrum are used in food as well as medicine one for the other. These two variants have distinctive features both in morphology and anatomy. The results showed important diagnostic characters and differences of fruits and seeds. This study provides scientific validation on anatomical features of fruits of two variants.

Cardiospermum halicacabum is one of the most important medicinal plants of sapindaceae. The present work initiate comparative pharmacognostic study on Cardiospermum halicacabum L. var. microcarpum (Kunth) Blume and var. luridum (Blume) Adelb, through macroscopic and microscopic characters of seeds. Both the varieties of C. halicacabum are called by one vernacular name ‘Mudakkatran’. These two varieties have distinctive features both in morphology and anatomy. The two varieties of C. halicacabum are used medicinally one for the other. Most of the characters are similar but the variations occur in the leaves and seeds. The results of the present study showed diagnostic character and differences among the two varieties. Hence, plant anatomy is one of the alternative steps to differentiate the plant species.

The present investigation was carried out to analyse the chemical nature of Indigofera trita using UV-VIS spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H and 13C NMR), High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy. The results of FT-IR studies confirmed the presence of primary and secondary amine and amides, alcohol, phenols, carboxylic acid, alkanes, alkyne, oximes and aldehyde. GC-MS analysis provides 9 compounds of this four are therapeutically potent. The major identified compounds are Octadecanoic acid (43.67%), 8-Carbethoxy-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydropyrrolo[2,3-b]azepin-4-one-3-carboxylic acid (30.5%), 4H-1- Benzopyran-4-one,3,5,7-trihydroxy-2-phenyl (18.6%). HPLC chromatogram of the isolated amorphous compound showed the presence of alkaloid (Choline) with single peak in specific retention time (5.134). The results of the present study indicated I. trita contains medicinally important compounds which are traditionally used for various diseases.Keywords

The use of medicinal plants has gained more importance because of their natural origin and high therapeutic significance. The bioactive compounds detect of methanol and aqueous from the leaves of Senna italica showed non-ketone compounds, glycosides, terpenoids and steroids. The ongoing work scope us to study the impact of methanol and watery leaf juice on Senna italica with against bacteria (Gram positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram negative Escherichia coli) and fungal (Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus) activity. In general, among the extracts showed methanol reveals higher inhibition than with watery extracts. However, it was evidence that aqueous extract. It was evident that at higher concentrations magnitude the zone of inhibition in higher level.Keywords

A simple and rapid HPTLC analysis was developed for the quantitative determination of diosgenin and solasodine from hydroethanolic extract of Solanum nigrum L. The two variants of Solanum nigrum - black and orange fruits - are used in various parts of the world as food and medicine drastically. These two variants showed distinctive features in morphology and anatomy. To probe the phytoconstituent variation among these two variants, HPTLC analysis was done and the results of present HPTLC analysis showed important differences in peak values. So this study may provide scientific validation on spectral characteristics of two variants of Solanum nigrum L. with black and orange fruits.Keywords
