This study is intended to observe the important charities and products felt by the public when they are to be participated in cause-related marketing. The study also reveals the association between the cause and product which is felt to be important by the public. These insights are more significant for the researchers in experimental research design and for marketers during the design of cause marketing programme. The study has been conducted in two stages, initially the study has found the cause and product important to the respondents and in the second stage the study has revealed the association between the cause and product felt important by the respondents. The study has been successful in finding the list of causes, products and congruence of cause and product which are been felt important.Keywords

An increasing number of corporations are realizing the benefits that can be derived from cause-related marketing (CRM) and are therefore adopting it as a marketing tool to achieve their marketing objectives, by demonstrating a commitment to improving the quality of life in the communities in which they operate. This purpose is to identify the significant factors influencing Extent of Elaboration in Cause Related Marketing Context, when a firm is associated to a cause or charity programme. The researcher examines the Familiarity of the Product/Company, Cause Proximity, Gender, Cause Participation Effort and Cause Importance as the antecedents of Extent of Elaboration. The higher the elaboration regarding the campaign the greater be the success of Cause Related Marketing. The study follows quasi experimental design and probabilistic, snowball sampling method. The survey is conducted among 846 respondents, data collected through structured questionnaire. The study has found no significant effect of gender on Elaboration. The findings are important to the organizations designing CRM campaign for successful influence on their customers.Keywords

Perceived organisational support is an employee belief that organisation values their contributions and cares about their welfare. The study assumes faculty can teach effectively in an environment where there is organisational support. In addition organisational commitment is a significant employee attitude towards his job in regard to effective teaching. Consequently the study is sought to analyse the moderation of organisational support on the relationship between organisational commitment and teaching effectiveness. The study is conducted among 410 private engineering college faculties working in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh. The study follows descriptive research design, as the study describes the moderation effect of organisational support. The study follows probabilistic, multi-stage sampling method in selection of sample. The study administers structured questionnaire among engineering college faculty for collection of primary data. The study finds statistically insignificant moderation effect of organisational support.Keywords

Organizational support is a trust of a employee on organization that it will value assisting employees in performing their job as well as cares about its welfare. Research believes staff can teach effectively in an environment where there is Organizational Support. Further Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is defined as "Employees who possess works beyond their normal work in the organization. Accordingly the study is vital to examine the temperance of Organizational Support lying on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teaching Effectiveness. The research is conducted among engineering college faculties of Andhra Pradesh. The study follows probabilistic, multi stage sampling method. The study has distributed structured questionnaire to collect primary data. The study has observed that, there is no significant moderation effect of Organizational Support.Keywords

The faculty teaching effectiveness is assessed based on the academic performance such as teaching ability, professional competence, student evaluation, interpersonal relationship and personality trait. The opinion of 410 faculties of various private engineering colleges in Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh are been collected for analysis. The study follows descriptive research design. The study follows convenience sampling method in selection of faculty for collecting primary data. The results revealed:
*The study found moderate perception levels of organizational politics, Job Satisfaction and Teaching Effectiveness among faculty.
*There is significant relationship between teaching effectiveness, organisational politics and Job satisfaction.
*The study finds negative relationship of organisational politics with Teaching Effectiveness.
*The study finds insignificant negative moderation effect of organisational politics on Job Satisfaction and Teaching Effectiveness.
There is insignificant moderation effect of organisational politics. However organisational politics is a significant variable in influencing Teaching effectiveness.

How best the teacher utilizes his skills and knowledge in imparting quality education to the students, the students at the receiving end should understand the subject and gain knowledge. On the other side the teacher needs to put effort and commitment in enhancing his skills and knowledge to impart quality education. Hence the researcher considers Student Engagement and Organizational Commitment are the two variables that could be influencing the Teaching Effectiveness. Henceforth the aim of the study is to comprehend the moderating effect of Student Engagement on the association between Organizational Commitment and Teaching Effectiveness. The results reveal insignificant moderating effect of Student Engagement, on the association among Organizational Commitment and Teaching Effectiveness. There is considerable influence of Organizational Commitment and Teaching Effectiveness.
