The identity and nomenclature of eight plants, namely, Ventilago denticulata Willd., Indigofera glandulosa Willd., Glycine wightii Verd.,Lablab niger Medic., Hygrophila obovata Nees, Amaranthus polygonoides Linn., Homalocladium platycladum Bailey and Euphorbia orbiculata Miq. is discussed.
