Response of six wild fruit species viz. Carissa opaca Stapf., Cordia dichotoma Forst.f., Ficus auriculata Lour., Flacourtia indica (Burm.f.) Merr., Murraya koenigii (Linn.) Spreng, and Rubus niveus Thunb., to sexual and asexual propagation was studied. Species of Carissa, Cordia, Flacourtia and Murraya can be easily propagated through seeds. However seeds of Ficus and Rubus species require some period of after ripening and stratification for germination respectively. All these species except Flacourtia can be propagated vegetatively by cuttings and air layering and their ischolar_maining can be improved with the application of IBA.
