Subscribe/Renew Journal
The present study provides information regarding growth parameters, pattern of organic matter distribution and contribution of various parts towards total biomass of five year old Eucalyptus camadulensis plantation grown in IGNP area of Rajasthan a spacing of 2 m × 2 m. The tree height varied from 5 m to 20 m and girth at breast height ranged from 15 to 69 cm. Average girth and height ofthe plantation being 13.55m to 12.01 m repsectively. The higher girth classes contained higher percentage of bole-wood and utilisable biomass and less of non-utilisable biomass. The total biomass yield was 185.12 oven-dry tonne per ha whereas, utilisable biomass was 147.19 oven-dry tonne per ha.
