Abstract
The effect of various phosphate fertilizers on the growth of teak plantations has been studied. It is observed that that Di-ammonium phosphate has significantly helped in the height growth of teak plants in the initial two years. The collar girth is also slightly more. In the case of single Super phosphate, a dose of 120 gm/plant has shown significant effect on height growth. A dose of 40 gm/plant of Di-ammonium Phosphate, in two split doses, in tbe initial two years, has been recommended.
