In this study, a model has been developed using structural equation modelling by adopting the dependent factors like work-family conflict (WFC), family-work conflict (FWC), work environment (WE), feelings about work (FAW) and independent variables such as work-life balance (WLB), job satisfaction (JS), labor turnover intentions (LTI). The total sample size is 173 samples and it contains 104 IT employees and 69 school teachers in Chennai. It is found out that all the model fit indices and accepts the model. The study also reported that feelings about work highly predicts the work-life balance at 0.45 value and the work-life balance in turn predicts the job satisfaction level at 0.99 and in turn it affects the labor turnover intentions at 0.81 level.
