‘Book-Bank Facility’ in an Academic Library:A Survey of Users at D.G. Ruparel College Library, Mumbai

‘Book Bank Facility’ is one of the demanded services in academic libraries. The purpose of this study was to investigate use and satisfaction about the Book Bank Facility through its users. Data was collected from the students applied for the facility in the year 2014-15 through a structured questionnaire. The analysis of the data shows that majority of users were satisfied with the administration of the service. Users have also provided some suggestions. Based on the findings, suggestions are submitted which will help the library to improve the service.
