Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of Research Outcomes:A Study of Top Engineering Institutes

This study presents the rank and research output (in terms of article publications) of top 10 engineering institutes in India. The data has been extracted from Web of Science (WoS) bibliographic database for the period from 2013 to 2018. It examines year–wise growth of research output in terms of number of publications, citations and h-index. The study also examines degree of collaboration.
