Thought process has an inference engine. Every thought in the mind is filtered for external communication. Mind has an inner logic which is mostly neural for transmission. Mind has to garner information for communication of thoughts to use. Humans organize their thoughts in epistemic discourse. Value of information increases with optimum breadths and depths. It is a modulation. Information must have fluency. It must have impact factor for knowledge formation for dissemination knowledge itself gets a structure by the receiver's physiology. It has to be moderated for remembrances and retentions.
