Occupational Role Stress on Women Librarians: A Study

The paper attempts to study the level of Occupational Role Stress (DRS) among women library professionals. The influence of certain demographic variables like age, experience, qualification and marital status are tested with the key variable ORS. The study identified that age, experience and marital status have significant association with ORS.
