There has been a continuous growth of an industry called information industry. Information is a human product and resource. It consists of statements made by individuals or groups of individuals about ideas which they assimilated into their knowledge store. Information service consists in the use of such messages for the benefit of other persons at critical times. Primary producers of information include authors, governments, businessmen, journalists and broadcasters, who observe events and convey their observations through books, learned periodicals, journals and other kindred means. Creative writers enlighten the users' mind and thought. Secondary producers of information (who provide to do information service using the primary information sources) include editors, publishers, booksellers, and librarians. They facilitate communication processes. They attempt to take creative thoughts to user or receiver domain. The aims of these people is to process information contained in several information sources, so that individuals get it when they want it and the way they want it. This satisfies the second and third laws of library science-Every reader his/her book and Every book its reader.
