Computer-Based Knowledge Representation and Models

Knowledge representation connotes a way of codifying knowledge. The codification must help computer to store, process and inference the codified knowledge. A computer system capable of understanding a message in natural language would seem, then, to require both contextual knowledge and the processes for the inferences assumed by the generator.
