Capital Expenditure on Buildings and Equipment

Gives the capital expenditure on librachines and different categories of library buildings in each of the States and for India. Estimates the total capital expenditure to be about Rs 134 crores. Points out that this sum would be spent in a phased programme spread over a fifteen-year period.
