Strengthening Field Work Practicum in Social Work Education

Field work provides an opportunity to Social Work students to apply their Social Work skills and knowledge into practice while dealing with multifaceted problems of our society. It is a process of applying Social Work theories and knowledge into practice. Field work is regarded as the heart of Social Work profession and this paper focuses on some of the ways to strengthen the base of field work practicum.
