Enterprise Value Stream Mapping:Satisfying Stakeholders
The research focuses on sustainability of organization which is very much important due to fluctuations in global economy, currency rates, demand and supply, stringent regulatory and legal norms, customers demanding needs and competition in market. There is a need for enterprise level value stream mapping approach in organization to understand the need of customer (every stakeholder) and map the business processes accordingly to satisfy the stakeholders.
