The Service industry such as computer and software development, Business Consultancy, Tele Communication, banking, finance and insurance are growing very fast when compared to the manufacturing and agriculture. Though it is having rapid development there are many barriers standing in the way of the development of service sector. The main objective of this paper is to understand the concept of services, promotions and barriers towards Services Sector Economy.
