Industrial Relations in Co-operative Printing Presses in Tamil Nadu

Industrial Relations involves the complex web of relationship between the employer, employees and the government. It is dynamic and is the product of the entire socioeconomic, political environ-ment that prevails in a country. The cooperative printing presses are an important segment of the co-operative movement in Tamil Nadu. Success of the co-operative printing presses depends on good organizational climate and cordial relationships between labour and the management. This study assesses the state of industrial relations that exists in the co-operative printing presses in Tamil Nadu and also identifies the factors that affect it.
